Leighton was obsessed with the pitchers mound! There were other kids that kept going on there and playing so I think she just wanted to play with them. She cried when we tried to leave.
Last night we went to Peoria's Monster Bash and Balloon Light Up at the sport's complex. They had trick or treating, a costume contest (Leighton totally would have won but she had to be at least 2 to enter), and they lit up hot air balloons. They had really nice grass there (something that's hard to find in Arizona this time of year!) so Leighton got to walk around on her own. She loved being able to watch the kids and walk around.
They were lighting up the balloons on the baseball field so we could go right up to them which was really cool. Leighton didn't care about the balloons but she did like the fire. There were two baskets without balloons that were just shooting the fire in the air.
