What's for Dinner?...Saturday

Special guest-blogger Eric filling in for Megan tonight with dinner created just for two. Megan was away on a girls night out and left Leighton and me to fend for ourselves in the kitchen for supper. We are happy to report that we did not burn down the house, or eat [only] cupcakes for dinner, or call Pizza Hut (but that's only because they don't deliver to our house). Dinner consisted of, well, breakfast! I steamed up some rice to go along with some maple sausages and over-medium eggs. Leighton didn't care that I was chugging a root beer with breakfast dinner and happily gobbled up her share of the grub. She topped it off with some yogurt and milk, did some Wii dancing, and called it a night.

BTW, my photography skills are nowhere near the levels of Megan and I did forget to get a shot of Leighton eating. If I get a chance to guest-host here again, I'll be sure to get some better pics!
