Today we celebrated Labor Day by going to a baseball game. We went to see the Dbacks vs Giants game at Chase Field. Leighton loved her first baseball game. She liked watching the big screen, clapping with everyone (no matter what team was doing good), making friends, and being able to stand on the ground holding on to the seat in front of her. We bought her a pink Dbacks soft baseball souvenir to remember the game and she loved playing with it.
During the game a foul ball game really close to us and Eric almost had it but he would have had to jump over Leighton to get it. She was standing on the ground playing and blocking him. We checked out the game on TV when we got home and the 3 of us made it on the Dbacks feed and the Giants feed. I took a picture of us on the TV, if you look closely you can see a white bow near my knees, that's Leighton!
