Swings

This morning Eric convinced me to get up early with him and Leighton and go out to breakfast (yes, it takes a bribe to get me out of bed at 7:30). We went to Paradise Bakery where Leighton and I shared a Belgian waffle and Eric had an egg, ham, and cheese croissant . Leighton loved the waffle. After breakfast we decided to go to the park since it wasn't that hot out yet (normally this time of year it's already 100+ out even in the early morning but we had some cloud cover so it was only about 90-95). We found a park with a baby swing and let Leighton take her fist swing ride. At first she was scared but when I acted like it was fun she was all smiles. Then she got bored so we put her in some sand so she could feel it on her feet and touch it. I can't wait for it to be cool enough so we can go to the park everyday.
